john yamrus | after work

after work
i come home,
walk into the kitchen
and throw my wallet
on the counter.
then my pens,
my cards
and finally
my keys,
which
slide along the counter,
spin,
do a little dance
and finally
come to a stop.
some day
so will
i.

Now, I saw you. it was wonderful hearing you say your poetry…i just laugh and wonder about it…
i mean, your poetry never revealed your “inner you” but it really entertained me so well that i’m convince that it’s really is you…
