Hey Joey -

great to hear from ya. Well, it's only natural to be weirded out in depressed from academic publications, if ya got a real bone in your body. Yeah, the Ken and Vic machine somehow keeps wobbling along. We might be in NJ this summer. If so, we will go out of our way to see you. It's good to know a soul like you is not only alive and creating, but also being a thorn in the side of academia.

Hey Ken. Glad to see you and Vicki are still hangin, and alive and well. I might come out with a collection of short stories- self published though because I'm a little sick of "official" publications. The books I did with Dave sold great, and they were cheap, not over priced, and I liked how Dave selected the poems. This academic life, and the official "books" have left me weirded out and often depressed. They all look the same, though Ray Hammond was nice and worked with me.I miss my friends So many have died or disappeared. I'm glad to see you guys are still kicking out there. Wish I could see the two of you someday. I regret doing the dialect with Cunt Neck. I don't think I got it accurate, but he's based on someone I knew, and that part of the story is true.

Wow, forgot how good that story was, Joey. You're not a post-modernist--you're an ultra-regionalist! Happy New Year, bro. Get back to me. Vicki waves.
