Running With Wolves

I ran with a pack of wolves to the far country,
We marked our territory with a horrible scent.
We howled at the moon every night
seeking answers to our predicament.
Our hunger was universal
But, the moon didn’t care.

I have been writing since the age of twelve and have had two books of poetry published. My poems have appeared in journals, magazines, newspapers and online blogs.
