Between …

black and white
there are perhaps
ninety-nine shades of grey …
even if fifty of them
have been spoken for
there remain forty-nine …
white is just one view
and black is just one other
with the nuances within
the shades of grey
much more likely
to be worthy
of consideration …

The truth is …

that those holding
black and white views
on anything and everything
are the problem … both
white and black are perverse
when all the answers
to any really important question
are nestled in the nuances
among the greys …
