The Heat by Mary Bone

The Heat

Ice maiden melted when “The Heat,”
walked into a room.
The Heat had such charisma
all the girls were in a swoon.
Ice maiden knew how they felt,
since her heart of ice began to melt.
The Heat could warm up a chilly day.
Ice cubes became puddles when The Heat
came your way.
